Gain expertise in business and organisational psychology at one of the UK's leading centres for work psychology. Taught by internationally recognised researchers from the Institute of Work Psychology, you'll learn how psychological science can be applied to address today's workplace challenges, including leadership, employee wellbeing, coaching, learning and development, organisational change, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work. Throughout the programme, you'll develop the critical thinking and evidence-based decision-making skills needed to improve organisations and the work lives of employees. Through interactive workshops and applied learning, you'll build practical skills in coaching, psychometric assessment, leadership development, providing feedback and evaluating organisational interventions. You'll also receive complimentary training leading to professional psychometric certification for both ability and personality assessments. You'll receive rigorous training in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with the flexibility to tailor your dissertation to your interests and career ambitions.
