Shape your future in the world's most dynamic region with our flagship MSc East Asian Business. Unlike traditional business school programmes, we take a deep, interdisciplinary approach, combining economics, political economy, history and social science alongside business studies to give you a truly holistic understanding of how East Asian firms, markets and institutions actually work. Whether your interests are East Asia-wide or country-specific, this programme gives you the flexibility to specialise in China, Japan or Korea while developing a firm grounding in the local practices, global forces and structural dynamics— from digitalisation and decarbonisation to financialisation— that are reshaping business across the region and beyond. Core modules establish the analytical foundations: Work and Organisation in East Asia, Perspectives on East Asian Economy and Business, International Business and East Asia, and East Asian Research Methods. Optional modules allow you to go deep by country or keep your knowledge broad. The programme culminates in an independently supervised Business Project applying the full range of skills developed across the year. Book a 15-minute online meeting with the course lead to find out more information and ask further questions.
